These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Calel Tech Private Limited ("Calel," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in India, concerning your use of the Calel mobile application and related services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Calel. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed informally, then through binding arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. EU residents retain their statutory rights. Questions? Email care@calel.com.
